At Get Pierced Co., we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and hygiene-sealed jewelry. Please note that for safety and health reasons, items with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Ensure your jewelry is in its original, unopened vacuum packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the hygiene seals, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
